Apparently the waffles and sauces are amazing too, and very non-vegan. But the frites are crispy fried perfection. The place is tiny and adorable and the owner is a hilarious Belgian man. I've been here two days in a row, and I don't even LIKE eating fries. Holy waist band expansion.
